Work through the question

Keep the answers with your notes.

  • Ask when the next charge happens.

Is the payment for a visit, a month of care or a longer commitment? Does it renew? Ask for the amount and the date of the next charge.

  • Ask what happens if treatment is not offered.

What happens to the fee if the health check ends without a prescription? Ask which charges are kept and which may be returned.

  • Check who can use a savings card.

The medicine copay cards reviewed as of September 26, 2026 require commercial insurance; people covered by Medicare, Medicaid or military coverage are excluded.

Medicare and Medicaid are government health coverage programs. Commercial insurance means a workplace or private plan. A copay card helps pay your share of a medicine bill if you meet the offer’s rules.

  • Keep a cash offer separate from a card.

As of September 26, 2026, people with government coverage can generally use a maker’s cash offer even though they cannot use its commercial-insurance copay card.

Under the medicine makers’ cash offers checked in September 2026, you pay outside insurance. Your plan does not count these payments toward its deductible or toward the annual cap on your own payments for covered care.

Under your plan’s rules, you pay an initial amount called a deductible before the plan begins paying. The yearly limit caps your own counted payments, not the insurer’s payments. Ask the plan which payments count.

  • Check how cancellation works.

Ask how to end care, stop renewal and deal with medicine already ordered. Keep the answer with the written quote.
